7 Healthy Favourite Breakfast Meals

It is necessary to eat right and stay healthy especially in this critical period of covid_19. It is actually getting better, soon schools and work place will resume properly. Anyways, am excited to share my favourite breakfast meals on this blog. Check them out below.

Favourite Healthy Breakfast meals

∆ Bread and eggs: I love to take bread and eggs for breakfast. It’s a light meal plus it is also healthy. It goes well with hot tea. Egg is proteinous while bread has carbohydrate.

∆ Oatmeal: This is another healthy food for breakfast. It offers high amount of vitamins and minerals. I love this too.

∆ Fruits: Fruits such as apples, pineapples, advocado, papaya, oranges(citrus fruit) bananas, pear berries and so on consists of different vitamins such as Vitamin A, B, C and D. So fruits for breakfast is healthy.

∆ Cereal/Corn flakes: I love corn flakes with milk. It is nutritious and good for the body.

∆ Fried potato chips: Potatoes are low in calories and a good source of vitamin C. I prefer potato chips to normal fried potatoes. Actually, they are both are good.

∆ Custard and milk: Yea, love dessert, custard and milk is another healthy meal for breakfast. Custard and milk are good source of both calcium and protein.

∆ Bean cake: It is made from white grinded beans which is fried with vegetable oil or palm oil. Protein is the vital nutrient of bean cake. U can take it with corn pap or custard
