It is important to maintain a healthy skin, there are several ways to keep the skin looking radiant and healthy.

Exfoliate the skin

Exfoliation involves removing dead skin cell from the skin surface. There are natural products that can be use to exfoliate the skin, such as sugar, cinnamon, oat and many others. Don’t use product with too much chemicals to exfoliate. It could be harmful to the skin. Exfoliation helps the skin unclog pores and provides instant glow to the skin and also has several other benefits to the skin. It is good to exfoliate two to three times a week.

Eat fruits and vegetables

Another way to maintain a healthy skin is to eat fresh fruits and vegetables. It is good for the skin. Fruits like orange, pineapple, apple, watermelon, strawberries, bananas and so on has so many nutrients for the skin. Eating vegetables is essential, it keeps the body healthy. Avoid eating junk or surgery things always. Try to consume nutritious food that can help maintain a healthy skin.

Get more sleep/relaxation

This is also an important aspect, sleep at the right time. Sleeping helps the body a lot. It helps relieve stress and calm our minds. It is a natural drug to the body. The body need relaxation some times. After work during the day, sleep at night. Don’t get used to a habit of working all day without sleeping at night. Try to get more sleep.

Avoid intense sun exposure

Use sunscreen in the afternoon when the weather is hot. Don’t expose your skin to the sun with sunscreen protection. Intense sun exposure can burn the skin and also you won’t like the end result of it. Protect your skin always.

Drink enough water

Water is good for the skin, it flushes toxins out of the body. It maintains pH balance of the skin. It is also slows ageing, makes the skin glow and has many benefits to the skin. Without adequate water, the skin would appear duller. Water helps to maintain a healthy skin, so try to drink enough water.
