Four beneficial vegetables to the health

It’s been a long time I discussed about topics related to this. However, I have decided that I would share tips on vegetables that are beneficial to the health. It is mandatory that we take care of ourselves especially our health. Health is wealth according to a popular saying. Without good health, we cannot carry out our daily activities properly. Bad health cannot help us in anyway but limit our abilities to perform well. Below are four vegetables beneficial to the health.

Carrots

Carrots has several nutrients. They are rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber. Carrots has high carotenoids and antioxidants. It helps reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease and improves eye sight. Carrots has a sweet taste and a lot of benefits. It aid weight loss, improves immunity, helps with the dental health, helps in maintaining digestive health and it is good for the skin.

Spinach

Spinach is another vegetable that has several health benefits. It has vitamins A,C and K, magnesium and potassium. It cuts the risk of iron deficiency anemia, it helps stabilize blood glucose levels, boost hydration, manage diabetes, good for the eyes and has many other benefits.

Garlic

Garlic fights bacteria, viruses and fungi. It helps to lower blood pressure, cholesterol, improves brain functioning, clears up skin, good for cardiac health, used for the prevention of lung cancer, prostate cancer and colon cancer.

Mushroom

Mushrooms are rich in B vitamins that helps the heart, it boosts the memory, decrease risk of cancer, helps immune system, protect brain health, lower sodium intake, good for blood pressure and it has other benefits for the health.
